I spent about 15 minutes browsing the selection in the humidor. They have a pretty decent size walk in humidor with a small range of cigars, mostly high end and many I've never heard of before, even some Cubans. I made my choice and walked to the counter. The older gentleman behind the counter asked ME how much the cigar was. I said umm I don't know 10.95 or 11.95 maybe?. He says to me well you're going to have to go check. I looked at him, walked right back into the humidor put the cigar back where it was and walked right out the door. First of all the selection of cigars is not big enough for an employee to not know the prices, and if you can't keep up, put a chart behind the counter. Second how are you going to tell a customer they have to do something? No sir, what you should have done is walked in there and checked yourself. Extremely disappointed.
