Just left Tobacco Plus on North Mall drive.... And the drive thru service is ridiculous. Time and time again I use this service and 50 percent of the time you have to wait until someone strolls over to the window and asks you for your order. Tonight was no exception.... So I went in...there were four employees...one texting...one outside smoking...amd two inside....AND NO ONE IN LINE AT THE COUNTER.... I've also been there at times when it has been close to closing and I've seen the person serve the car and as I drive up, no one comes back to the window. I know they saw me!!!! To the management of Tabacco Plus... Some suggestions: -if traffic inside the store is too high to man the window or the window is closed for the night... There should be an indicator to those sitting in line that no one is coming. -It should reinforced with employees the importance of this store service that you implemented. I'm sure many of your customers appreciate the service and your store however, this attitude presented by your employees definitely smears your reputation.
