I was with a friend who had purchased a wrong product on Saturday . The Gentleman working on that day said he can't give me a receipt due to machine malfunction so he gave him a hand receipt. When we got home he realized it's the wrong product and we took it back 10 Min. Later . He said he can't take it back until his machine is working or the owner is there . He said the owner will be back Monday . We went back Monday and this lady who is supposedly the owner was just plain rude. She gave me all kinds of excuses to not take back the product . Once I told her about yelp she reluctantly with bad attitude took it back . The product was sealed with no problem . No reason for her to act like that nor to treat me or any customer like that . We are done with this place.
