Established in 2011 Tobacco Royale was actually opened in the late 1990's known by the name Cig Star in the city of Thousand Oaks. In 2007, the business was passed down to Shubyre by his father. Since taking over, Shubyre has decided to expand the business to the cities of Calabasas and Newbury Park.
