EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I've been here several times before and was always satisfied. I hate to give a bad review to the business based on one ignorant person who obviously has never had any formal training and will probably never have an actual career. Phone use while taking care of a customer is a NO. Walking away from a customer and not explaining to them what's going on is a NO. Addressing the customer as "sweetheart" after telling me I need to learn the rules of an establishment that you work is a NO. I hope she never gets hired anywhere else and if I see her with that awful blue hair, I will cringe!!!!
