worst smoke shop ive ever been to. i have never had a bad experience in a smoke shop, and i have never been so compelled to write a review. this guy, Mamun, has been there every time ive gone in, and he was rude to me nearly every time. i bought a 4 in 1 vape kit and part of it did not work, so i went in to return it. i wanted a refund but he couldn't give it to me because he didn't give me a receipt the last time i went in. (the time i went in to buy it, before i could tap the kiosk for a receipt, he tapped no receipt on his side and he said have a good day. so i left, thinking it would be fine.) so when i tried to return it first he "tried to fix it", but he had no idea what he was doing. tried the other kit and the same component wasn't working on that unit either. i wanted my money back but he kept on dodging my questions and telling me i couldn't have my money back. i said i need my money back and he literally told me "i don't think you need it". that was the worst customer service experience i have ever had. i work very hard, 40 hours a week providing service to the people of my community. i have a wife and family i need to support, bills to pay, and he told me "i don't think you need it." i live paycheck to paycheck and i was trying to save money to buy myself something nice. i was deeply offended. i spend 70 bucks on this unit for it not to work and i just wanted to get my money back. i ended up having to purchase a different unit for 10 bucks more because it was all he had and he said it would be better to just buy something than to just get my money back. i have never had to deal with something like this, someone behind the counter being rude. i am very passive, i wish i could've stood my ground a little more. he was just such an a**hole, i would not recommend this shop to any of my friends or family or even strangers. there are more shops in the area with WAY better service and way cooler items. -20/10 experience. f*** this guy and f*** tobacco world. kings smoke shop is less than 2 miles away and the guy in there is way cooler and knows his s***.
