Please don't waste your money here I came here and spent 50$ on a juul box vape pen literally 2 hours later it broke so I called them they had me bring it back, inconvenient but fine, I get there and after wasting 20 min playing with it and calling the boss man they finally hit me with we are out of this product, I asked for my money back they told all sales are final even though there's no sign saying that anywhere in the shop. So they call their other location which is on the complete other side of Hollywood and asked to hold one for me. I drive a company truck and can't travel too far so I said when will there be some at this location? they tell me Tuesday I come back Tuesday still no product so I had to make the half hour trip. They replaced it and offered no discount no apology nothing. I spent 50$ and basically had to work to receive my own shit. Zero fucks were given for the customer here and since customer service means something to me I do not recommend token smoking. What a nightmare of an experience.
