Such a great experience here!! I had a long list of liquor, wine, beer, mixers, and cups to get for a large party I was in charge of for work. I previously went to Costco, which had only 2 items I needed and they were completely unhelpful when asking for suggestions and conversions. After that I went to Total Wine and had spectacular service there!! Not only did they have everything I needed in one spot, but Brian and Ethan happily helped get every item for me. I gave them my list and they brought everything to the front. Brian was super helpful with conversions and appropriate amounts needed. Ethan suggested I get the app so I could benefit from their rewards program and he also assisted me out and loaded up my car. It may seem like a very basic interaction but finding people who genuinely want to help, are knowledgeable, and do it with a smile is so rare these days.
