Honestly I have never had a bad experience. They train their staff through and through to be not only extremely knowledgeable about their products but also incredibly personable and friendly. It is so nice these days to shop somewhere in which eye contact is not a foreign concept. I would love for total wine to share their training with other franchises as they are totally doing something right. Their curbside pick up option was also a huge perk during Covid with two littles. Trust me, check it out - you wont be upset and totally do a "mix 6" its so fun to try new wines and a great deal!
