Total Wine is a great store, but this review is specifically about one of their employees, Chris. This guy is a rock star in terms of customer service. Friendly, funny, helpful, the list goes on. People like Chris make me go back to businesses. (Just in case there is more than one Chris, he has tattoos on his arms)
