The have a massive collection of spirits, wines, and cigars. We visited them to get a bottle of Blanton's and we're told by a male associate that we would need to come back at 11:00. He was very polite and nice about it and even gave us pointers in when to line up. When we returned we were forced to deal with Bernadette who was absolutely one of the rudest individuals I've ever had to deal with. It was just isolated to our group either, she was rude to many others that were in line at the time as well. If I need to grab a regular bottle wine or Bourbon I'll have to go somewhere else going forward. If I want a bottle of allocated bourbon, I may have to ask myself how bad I want it if good old Bernie is there.
