I needed a quote for a wedding. I walked in and was told rudely that I need to go online to make an appt. Mind you there were very few customers in the store and there were lot of employees just walking, standing and chatting. I said not one of these people can help me. She said no we have an event person. I asked to see the manager and the event person greeted me and said she can help me. I went over what I would like to purchase. Told her to work on it and she can get back to me. This was 3 weeks ago. I have still not heard back. Mind you this is a big order alcohol for 300 people. Guess they don't want the business!
