The worst customer service. Why do I have to leave my kids in the car in order to spend my money at total wine? They I.D everyone who is with you and if someone is not 21 and over they won't sell to you. Who decided this policy made any sense? We are not buying liquor for minors Total Wine, they just happen to be with us and we decided to shop at your store. They're other liquor stores in the area why are you making things so difficult for your customers? I would literally have to leave my kids in the car in order to shop in your store because they don't have I.Ds. Here's a thought... have someone at your door saying if you're not 21 or over don't enter, so that we don't waste time actually shopping to only find out we can't buy what we have selected because my kids are with me.
