Established in 1994 - Started as the "easy" end of a thriving bottle redemption business in Wells, Tully's was born in 1997, when the two parts of the business and moved the sales to the Aubuchon Hardware Plaza on Route 1 in Wells. Shortly it became apparent that we had the opportunity to do something truly unique with the space constraints (the entire selling space was about 1,000 SF! We began to stock the best beer selection available in the state and educate ourselves on what soon became the best wine selection in York County. The State requires tobacco sales in order to maintain a beer license. Adamantly opposed to cigarette smoking, I elected to sell cigars in order to meet the license requirement. That turned into a very good decision, we have since expanded to 5 full sized humidors filled with a carefully chosen selection of hand rolled cigars. Now in 2022 we have finally been able to fully realize the dream of Tully's and we now have a full liquor license!
