I'm a newbie, I've had cigars at weddings but never paid attention to what I was smoking. Fast forward: I recently went into another smoke shop and bought a few Hammer and Sickle toros. They were great, but I didn't feel a lot of love from the staff. They seemed to have an idea of what I wanted rather than finding out what I might like. Today I went into Twins looking for something comparable to the H&S and came out with three different cigars. Scott was awesome and friendly and extremely knowledgeable and he actually gave me some room to work with. Along with showing me a Jawbreaker for fun, he introduced me to the Rose of Sharon and I'm in love. The customer service was so amazing -- I found my smoke shop ride or die.
