Driving back from a trip with the Mrs. and we happen to see a red canopy with the word "CIGARS' on it. Oh heck, I'm in. Let's do this! You walk in, and it seems like a typical small-town cigar place. But they have a nice large humidor. Lots of cigars. Lots of GOOD cigars. Tons of good cigars! Decent prices. But the best cigar there might just be their house blend - it's made in Esteli, Nicaragua. It's a beautiful, Maduro-wrapped stick in multiple sizes that would probably sell for 4-5 dollars more if it had a name-brand on the band. Lots of hookahs there for those who want it. Since this is a college town, I'm not shocked. They have a lounge where you can sit and smoke if you want, which is awesome to find. Since we were just passing through I didn't stay. The gentleman behind the counter seemed nice enough. All in all it's a great little cigar shop in a very small college town in the middle of Virginia. Whenever I'm down in that area I'll stop in.
