I've never felt compelled to leave a review good or bad before. Staff was knowledgeable, enjoyed sharing said knowledge, encouraged you to take your time, and they carried stuff I never knew I needed. These days employers have to be more concerned with staff retention. Rather than making sure they hire quality, patrons actually want to share the same space, and I didn't leave feeling like I need to start making some better life decisions.
