I understand they have a sign posting no refunds or exchanges, but if you sell me a broken torch and refuse to switch it- that's bad business. I was blamed for the torch not working and he helped me buy it yesterday! $15 down the drain with a non working torch. Thanks for the business. This torch he sold me shoots like like a flame thrower. Will not be returning but wanted to warn everyone. Test the products they sell because they don't care if it's broken or not you can't exchange
