1 October 2021, I Purchased a battery pen, OOZE TWIST SLIM PEN, paid $21 to make sure it was a good lasting battery. Plus OOZE has a 5 year warranty. Went home registered the serial number, aka the authentication code on the OOZE website. Recently had problems with recharging the pen. Would not hold a charge. Note: this business is also known as Tobacco Shop, and they have a NO return policy. That wasn't a problem with me since the pen has a 5 year warranty. Went online with OOZE to get it replaced under the warranty, it would not accept my authentication code. Called OOZE they identified it as fraudulent and counterfeit. I filed a report with them on 3/27/22 for further investigation. Went to store yesterday to get a refund since it was a counterfeit battery, owner said "NO RETURNS". I explained to him his product is counterfeit and I was giving him the opportunity to refund me before I file a complaint. Nope, no returns he said. Went on Maryland business search to look up owner........nothing found. Why is it a growing problem with foreign business owners who have a "NO RETURN" policy? Maybe this explains it?
