Went here for the first time wanted to buy a new Mod. The girl working there was very unfriendly, didn't even say hello, how may I help you. I was asking her questions and about prices and she seem annoyed. I finally found one I liked bought it for $70, got it home only to find out it doesn't have a battery. So my boyfriend goes back to the store just to be told that the battery doesn't come with any of there mods, it will be an extra $14 charge, which I'm sorry seems real suspicious considering on the box it says rechargeable battery. So it seems to me there probably ordering these mods that come with batteries and taking them out of the box, just to charge the customers more money. My boyfriend tried getting my money back but they said all sales are final, so he had to pay the extra $14 otherwise I would just have a $70 paperweight. Will never ever go back here again and I suggest if you value your money or appreciate good customer service you will never set foot in this place either.
