I'm going to start off by saying I do love this place. I go to this location at least 3-4 times a week. I've even brought friends there to make there purchases as well. Well last night I went and there was a employee I've never seen before, I told him what I wanted and then walked to the register. I proceeded to type in my loyalty number he rang me up and told me the price. I questioned the price cause it was different than 2 days prior. He told me that it has been the price since he has been working there. 6 dollars more than normal. I paid and went on my way. All day today it bothered me, then once I opened my new vape it didn't even work. They do have a 24 hour return policy for things that don't work. (A plus) so when I returned there was a different employee there so I asked him how much are these vapes and he told me the price that I have always thought it has been I was overcharged by 6 dollars. What really made me upset is that when he handed me the return receipt it said 6 dollars less than what I originally paid! Bottom line this employee was shady for charging different prices to loyal customers! I guess it was his tip!! SMH I will still return and buy my items but I'll be very aware of my past experience and will NEVER buy anything if that particular employee is working the register.
