Extremely poor service from the man behind the counter, even more shameful is The owner for doing nothing after he heard my problem. I came back two hours after purchasing all new equipment, and juice with heavy leaking from my tank. I am an every day vape smoker so I know whats normal. I explain the situation to the worker. I said I do not want to return the mod or juice, but requested a new tank since two hours later three full tanks had emptied on my pants and car seat. I was told I incorrectly poured the juice in. Although having the same EXACT TANK, and filling the same way every day never caused this issue, the man behind the counter persisted that there was nothing wrong. He said I had to go home and follow some steps try again and if it still happens then they can "talk" about resolving the issue. He could tell I was upset after two hours later having an issue, so we came to the conclusion that the worker would do these steps for me there to make sure it wasnt my mistake. SO HERE I AM LEAKING A TANK OF JUICE OUT OF THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK ONTO MY BUREAU. AFTER THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER CONVINCED NE THAT I DID IT WRONG AND HE WOULD DO IT RIGHT FOR ME. So now I dont really even care about getting replacement tank. The time to resolve the solution was when I came back in two hours after purchasing everything. I dont want any more excuses from the guys that sell products that they dont back up. They have lost a steady customer and have an awful review now from an honest person. AND BEFORE THE OWNER LIES ON YELP, KNOW HE HAS VIDEO CAMERAS EVERYWHERE AND THEY WILL BACK UP EVERY WORD I HAVE SAID.
