the staff has always been lovely here. my problem is that they induce people to buy from them because of their loyalty program. after a certain number of points u get discounts and other perks. it's bern well over 7 or 8 months they say "the system is down.". they write your name and phone number on some notebook. now they don't ask anymore. on 3 occasions i've asked for the manager who says "we're looking for a new software to manage points. it's gone on way too long
