Just left this place after getting "asked to leave" for taking too long to decide on a piece I was looking for. When I got there the goofy looking man with long hair decided to use the restroom before even pointing me in the right direction. As I looked at a few cases I noticed what I was looking for and asked to take a look at 3 glass pieces, which required him to pull out two trays. After giving him back the piece I didn't like, I had two left in my hand. After asking if they had anything else in the back because there was such a limited selection he surprisingly grabbed or asked (I dont remember) for the two pieces I was considering in purchasing and put them back in their original trays. Now keep in mind I hadn't been here more than 5 minutes and there was nobody else in the shop when the older ÷45 year old with hair a little past his shoulders (might have been the owner) said "ok we aren't gonna do this all day" when I looked at him and told him we didn't have to and that maybe the younger much more professional employee could help me get what I wanted, this is when he said " at this point we're gonna have to ask you to leave. I have never been kicked out of a spot in my life, I have never left a negative review to a business, I've never even been treated the slightest way negatively in my opinion because i treat others with respect. Not sure what this guys problem was but when i asked the younger employee if i had been out of line in any way he kind of shrugged his shoulders in confusion and shook his head no while being careful not to be seen as going against his superior. I walked out if there and wont ever be back even though that was the first time I had ever seen that employee, the service i received was pretty bad and fucked up my day not knowing for sure why he acted that way towards me. So anyone that decides to go to this place, make sure to avoid the older guy, especially if your gonna ask more than 5 questions or need more than 5 minbutes if his time. Horrible custokmer service in a place that's hard to get into and out to.
