I walked in this shop and felt like I was in heaven. Pipes, glass, trays, and more. I walked out annoyed and disappointed... all because of one employee. I was trying to buy a rolling tray and when I found what I wanted, I wanted to add a silicone mat to the tray (they looked transferable since there were multiple varieties displayed. He straight up said no without even thinking about it (even if he tried to sell me another version of it). I finally settled and said I would go for the one displayed on the wall. He begrudgingly walked over and got on a stool to reach for the tray and then DROPS IT behind a cabinet and made no effort at all to retrieve or replace it. He just walks back on over and says "Sorry, can't sell that to you". I was shocked at the response but decided to go for my second choice and by then he started entertaining other customers. I left empty handed and disappointed because of all of the things I would have gladly splurged on if it wasn't for someone who acts like you're a huge inconvenience for supporting their local business. Never ever stopping by this place ever again. If I could stand outside to warn people, I would. Hopefully they're able to turn this around... I would hate to see any business fail just because of one person. TLDR; Customer service was nonexistent and I wasted my time because one of the employees couldn't bother to be a decent person.
