Great place in Newport, KY to pick up all your RYO tobacco needs cheap. I stopped by this place after a freind told me about it, wouldn't notice the place by driving by as there are really no signs as they cater more towards the wholesale crowd but do offer retail sales. This place had a large selection of rolling papers and wraps byu the box at great prices. Cigars by the box, candy by the box, etc. It's like a mini Sam's club for the tobacco user.
