Wild Bill Tabacco in Benton Harbor is my husbands favorite place to buy his tabacco.  Whenever we are near he insists on stopping.  It's a small store but has just what he needs and the staff is friendly.  It's a quick in and out everytime which is really nice.  The location is pretty good too, right next to Jimmy Johns and Great Clips.  I'm sure my husband and I will continue to come here for years to come.
