i'm absolutely furious at this company. I spent $500 this week at wild bills at the court and miller rd locations. my glass piece broke on my puffco pro this morning completely by accident. I had just bought this piece 3 days ago. I was told by the burton location that they had a glass replacement piece at the one in miller. I called up to miller and they told me they had it. got there spent $50 to get a replacement for it to NOT WORK. I had to drive all the way back for the girl to tell me I have to have the money on a gift card WHEN I JUST BOUGHT IT 20 MINS AGO. the manager put it back on my card but I have to wait 2 hours to 3 days after they told me it was the correct piece. the whole point of being a tobacco shop is to actually have the replacement items that you SELL there so I DONT HAVE TO WAIT 4 DAYS TO BUY IT ONLINE. this place is an absolute joke. please boycott this place and do nothing support this business. and how about you hire workers that actually know what the fuck they are actually talking about. add more items in your store that you sell that's my advice. buy puffco pro glass replacement so if this happens again I don't have to go through this awful customer care again. I love how this is common sense and yet I have to spend my time writing a review about common sense update: it's been 3 days and still don't have my money back on my card. the company commented on my other reviews and said "can't wait to hear back from you" like what? I can't even reply back to that, how am I supposed to communicate to them. this company is never getting my money again. absolute joke.
