I walked into The WILD SIDE Smoke Shop with a real problem, and their staff was amazingly helpful. The day before, I had a VERY bad experience at another smoke shop, "BTOWN Smoke Time." Their staff were unhelpful and unknowledgable from the start. They sold me a $115 Vape Rig, plus accessories and juices, then forgot to sell me a battery. When I went back the next day, they sold me the WRONG battery. When I returned yet again, they sold me the wrong battery AGAIN. This time I insisted that they figure out what was wrong. Their staff member spent about 3 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong, and then said, "yeah, it appears something is wrong with it, but we can't exchange it, you'll have to take it up with the manufacturer." (This was less than 24 hours after I bought this brand new rig from them). So, since I was DONE with the incompetence and rude behavior of BTOWN Smoke Time, I walked into the nearby WILD SIDE Smoke Shop. They quickly figured out that BTOWN Smoke Time sold me the wrong battery not once, but TWICE, and then told me it was "my problem." I then bought the correct battery from WILD SIDE SMOKE SHOP, plus another $30.00 of Juices, and my vape rig works perfectly now. So, I will be giving ALL my future business to WILD SIDE SMOKE SHOP, and tell all my huge circle of friends and family in Southern Indiana to NEVER step foot in BTOWN SMOKE TIME.
