Used to be 5* when it was Simba Glass but ever since the rebrand to Wild Side its gone downhill. Used to be a chill shop that you could go browse and have any questions answered by knowledgeable employees. But recently it's gotten more of a "buy something or get out" vibe. Newer staff are poorly trained and you'll be lucky if they can answer any question harder then "how does this work?" Last time I went in a newer employee ignored me when I said I'm on a budget and tried to get me to get the most expensive option for every item I asked about eventhough I repeatedly said "I'm not trying to spend much". He kept saying "oh ill give you a discount. I'll give you a discount." When I was unsure about what vape to get he told me to get "a bunch of them" and that "Oh I'll give you a discount". Guy clearly only cared about selling as much $ as possible and not one bit about customer concerns/experience. Ended up leaving with nothing but bad vibes and I'm now going to a different store for my smoking supplies.
