a friend and i went into wild side on friday night looking for some new glass. we were immediately welcomed in by two young ladies who were very friendly. i didn't get the name of one of them but katie was the person to help us narrow down our choices and inform us about current and upcoming deals. katie had the best customer service i have ever received at a smoke shop. unfortunately most visits are unpleasant (not at this shop, thankfully!) so i'm really grateful for katie's kindness and patience as we looked around. katie is very knowledgeable about the products and brands available at wild side and she answered every question i/we had with kindness and understanding. thank you katie for such a positive shopping experience !! we LOVE our new milkyway bongs - you were right about the quality. we hope to be back in the future whenever we are in the area!
