This shop has a couple nice people working here. But it's ran by children that don't understand how to take accountability for employees mistakes. I won $150 in store credit during a raffle they had where they never once said that I needed to spend it right then and there. So I came in a month later to purchase a few things and was told that I can't use them. Seemed like they changed the rules last minute or management was not clear with their staff on how to run the raffle. This isn't the first problem with this store. If they would have meet me in the middle and understood the issue was with the store staff and not me I would have left a happy customer spending more money.
