Similar to what others have written I used to go exclusively to this store but I received the wrong cigarettes several times. The first time I noticed the mistake because the cigarettes were in a clear bag. The second time the bag was dark and I didn't notice until I got home. While they exchanged these wrong type/size cigarettes for the correct brand the clerk did not apologize but said "Well you just had to come back what's the big deal?" As a person in a high risk group in relation to COVID I try to limit how often I go out. I tried to explain this to the clerk (who was not wearing a mask or gloves) and he rolled his eyes and "I'm soooooo sorry for the inconvenience." I had had a couple of not so nice encounters with this same clerk before including his insistence on April that the fears about the pandemic were just a "little overblown." I will admit that I did swear when he rolled his eyes and was so sarcastic about a health issue that affects me every day. Not my usual response and a mistake. He then yelled that I should never to come back to the store. And for several months I didn't but I was out today and this store was closest to my other errands so went in. I asked for the cigarettes and he got them and made a show of presenting them for my approval then said "Are these right?" I said yes and thanked him. Then he looked at me and said "Didn't I tell you never to come back?" I said yes but...And he grabbed the cigarettes from the counter and stomped away to put them back. I asked if he was serious and was really not going to sell me the cigarettes and he said quite loudly that he was and that I should "get out!" And he wasn't wearing a mask or gloves when he was shouting at me. I worked in customer service for a very long time and this kind of behavior, no matter the circumstance is just wrong. If you want to stay safe or just be treated with any respect at all as a customer don't go to this store.
