Walked in a few minutes after 11am Wednesday morning, greeted in the most disrespectful manner ever. "I'm not open ! " Clearly the lettering on the front door says you open at 11am. So I asked the attendant what time do you open. He states "when I open ". There's to many cigar shops in this city to give my money to a wise ash.
