I go to this shop all the time to buy all my needs for smoking. I like the people there they're nice and I've been talking to associate about buying this item for months even tho the price change quite a few times, I still bought this item for $200.00. I brought it home eager to try it, I plugged it in to charge and realized that it wasn't charging as efficiently as I thought it would, so I called the store and asked the associate as to why after 2 hours it still had not charged, and he stated that you just have to give it some more time and it will charge. Finally after it's fully charged they were closed, when I tried to use it, I went through all the functions in the guide the book said to, for auto and manual nothing worked, so I watched a bunch of different YouTube videos on how to use it, and nothing worked. Needless to say I was very unhappy so I call them in the morning soon as they open and I told him I wanted to return it due to the fact that it was defective and he told me no returns. I said I didn't even get to use it, and he still said it doesn't matter that I still can't have my money back. Now not only am I out the $200 but I have this defective piece of crap that never worked even once. I will never shop here again, they lost a ton of business.
