This is a mixed review. On January 9th I bought a Vinci's with batteries and 2 juice for over $100. The guy who helped me couldn't have been nicer. He showed me how everything worked and was patient. I give him 5 stars. Today however, I went in because the unit itself shows that it's charging even if it's not plugged in. He told me there was nothing he could do. If it broke in 3 days then he might have been able to do something. I own my own business and I am 52 years old. I always buy the newest gadgets and was honestly looking forward to being a customer here. I can't now. I can't do business with someone who doesn't back up their products. Now I can't recommend them and it makes me a little sad. Bad decision.
