I understand it's COVID. However since COVID, I have given breaks to companies but this one I won't. I always buy the puff or other brand flavored sticks. And when there is a faulty stick (this one was a Plus Bar) usually REPUTABLE companies will allow an exchange if they don't work. But no, this young lady told me "had you come in the same day we could have helped but now that it's 1 day we can not...had you called first". UM NO!!! where's the sign that says you have same Business day to return or exchange? Never have seen one. And still haven't seen one. Like you lost good business because someone didn't know they had to come on same day? Sweetie, some people don't open these up rt away and smoke them. Some take them home and hit them later. So yes I came rt back today to tell you that 1 of the 4 I bought didn't work, and instead of just exchanging it, with the right customer service you decide not too? That's insane. Never again!!!
