Junior Mints, sometimes spelled Jr. Mints, is a combination of Thin Mint Cookies and a Face Off OG backcross created by Archive Seed Bank. The top reported aromas of the Junior Mints strain are mint, cookie dough, and chocolate. It is said to taste of mint, hash, and cookies.

Junior Mints is a slightly indica-dominant hybrid that’s a cross of Thin Mint Cookies and a Face Off OG backcross. It produces medium-sized plants with thick, dense, purplish foliage. Growers can raise Junior Mints in indoor and outdoor gardens and tease out the strain’s signature purple coloring by exposing plants to cooler evening temperatures ahead of flowering. Junior Mints prefers humid, Mediterranean-like climates outside where it’s resistant to problems like mold and mildew. Indoors, it does well with Sea of Green (SOG) and needs regular trimming to keep the nutrients flowing. Indoors or out, beware that it has a strong odor so steps may need to be taken if discretion is a concern. The cultivar flowers in 67 to 72 days indoors and mid-October outside. Junior Mints is unavailable as seeds or clones.
