The Blood
SATIVA
The Blood is a cannabis cultivar first bred by the team at Pua Mana Pakalolo, who say it’s a rare phenotype of Kona Gold, a member of the Hawaiian sativa landrace family. It's called The Blood because plants display a red line up the middle of its stem, while its leaves produce a red, sticky sap, much like its namesake. The Pua Mana team say The Blood gives off a sour aroma mixed with skunk and pineapples. Its smoke may be acrid, but tastes of earth blended with citrus and spice.
Grow Information
The Blood is a pure sativa rarity that thrives in both indoor and outdoor settings thanks to the plant's landrace heartiness. The cultivar prefers high humidity and lots of sunshine, while indoor gardens may require height management and regular pruning. The Blood flowers in 70 days or in mid- to late October in outdoor settings. Cultivators can only obtain clones of The Blood.
