The story goes that breeders at Colorado Seed were growing out three Hawaiian strains using a knife, fork, and spoon to mark the respective plants. The Fork was most promising and the one that stuck. The Fork has a flavor profile that matches its exotic heritage – tropical fruits and earthy herbs.
