Yumboldt
INDICA
Yumboldt was first developed by the team at Sagarmatha Seeds as a descendent of landraces brought from Afghanistan to Humboldt County, California in the 1970s. While the breeders keep its genetics secret, Yumboldt is much beloved. Yumboldt features a candy-like flavor layered with citrus and fresh berries. Its matching fragrance is more pungent, with added layers of spice and pine. Yumboldt won first place in the Indica Seeds category at the 2001 High Times Cannabis Cup.
Grow Information
In outdoor gardens Yumboldt grow to approximately five feet high, while indoors it remains relatively short. The strain loves sunshine, so indoor gardeners should take care to have appropriate wattage for ideal yields. While experienced growers will have an easier time, Yumboldt is a good choice for novice cultivators to hone their skills. Yumboldt reaches full maturity in 56 to 63 days and in late October outdoors. Yumboldt is commercially available as seeds.
