I went in today to get my Yaya Twist replaced or compensated for. I got it right before the presidential debate so it's still very new and barely used. However it does not work properly. It hit in the store but after I left it wouldn't. I showed the workers because there is still a lot of juice in it and it doesn't blink when I hit it. When I hit it no light comes on at all. I proved there is still a lot of juice in it too because when I blow into it from the bottom, the vapor comes out from the mouth piece and I showed it to them plus the blue light comes on when I blow into it from the bottom showing the actual battery still works. This clearly shows that the device is defective and I was not given compensation for it. I've spent almost $200 on disposables alone in one month for this store as well as having my friends come to this store because their vapes taste good and are reasonably priced and I like the customer interaction. This review has nothing to do with the employees that I worked with because I understand they don't have the power to change policy. This bad review has to do with the actual store's policy and the lack of responsibility it takes to compensate for a bad device they have sold to customers with proof that the device is defective. It's a shame that the store is willing to lose over $2000 in annual revenue for disposables from one customer because they could not compensate a $20 sale. I am pretty sure that annual revenue from me alone would be enough to pay their fee to be allowed to sell flavored e cigarettes in the first place
