I got a silicone water pipe from here yesterday, literally less than 24 hours ago. And as soon as I put water in it, It started leaking. I was highly disappointed in this because I've been looking for awhile now and finally found one I liked. I called to ask if I could just get the same product, just one that won't leak. And I was told I would have to buy a while new pipe. I just spent over 60 dollars in the store. I shouldn't have to pay more to get a product that isn't defective. Not a good experience at all.
