I was waited on by Logan, and he did a good job for being new, and was very helpful explaining things. I really liked the atmosphere, and was planning on returning after buying a kangertech and some juice. However, it wasn't until I filled my tank that I noticed Logan had actually gave me 3mg juice when I had asked for 6mg, and was rang in for 6mg. He was the one who actually had opened the bottle and put it in my tank at the store, so I hadn't even bothered to look at the bottle until I tried to refill it. I called the next day they wear open, Sunday, as I had gone to the store friday; Christian was the one who answered and was really nice on the phone and told me, even though it was an employee who had opened it in the first place, that he couldn't do exchanges or returns on opened products for safety reasons, and said he would talk to the owners. He took my number, and even called the next day to let me know that he hadn't heard and was still trying to talk to the owners about the situation. It wasn't until almost a week later I got a call and Christian told me that the owners had said that then next time I came in I could get ten percent off my next juice purchase. I was really pleased with the staff's part of the customer service, and felt like they genuinely cared about my issue, but I wasn't please by the owners response to it. I had spent $18.99 on the juice, so to get the juice I initially bought and wanted, I would end up having to pay $36.09. That only showed me the owners really didn't care about my business, and I won't be making another purchase.
