I called in and had a very legitimate question regarding their inventory of a very expensive piece, I was placed on "hold" and I could hear the girl mocking my question to the other staff members in what was a bad impersonation. Without skipping a beat she returned do the call and then lied to me saying she asked all her colleagues and they had not a clue of what I was referring to even tho I've bought from them the exact item. I'm embarrassed for them. What a bad experience and losing a long time customer. Do not recommend. Will not be back. Spend your hard earned money where they respect you.
