I spent hundreds of dollars at 9 South Vapes in Galloway over about a period of at least 2 years. I was in the store almost weekly getting juice and other items. I have sent many people there, who have also spent a lot of money. I purchased a refurbished tank at their Tuckerton shop during a sidewalk sale they were having. When I got home I couldn't open the tank to put in the coil because it was twisted on too tight and I didn't want to break the glass trying to force it. Also, the twist open top of the opening for the juice had a twisted hinge and was hard to open and close. I have a smaller version of the very same tank, so I know how it is supposed to work. I took the tank to the Galloway shop since it's only 4 miles away to see if I could get an exchange or store credit. The manager (whom I always thought was just one of the salesman), used pliers to force open the tank, that caused small scratches on the metal. He also attempted to fix the twist open top for the juice to fit correctly, but it was still out of line and not closing like it's supposed to. He said there was nothing wrong with the tank and he refused to exchange it or give me store credit. The opening for the coil was fixed but the opening for the juice was still not aligned right. He said they do not give refunds on what he insists is not broken. Since that tank was refurbished, I assume someone returned it. Anyway, the guy knows me from my many times in that shop. He knows I spend a lot of money there, so why not just give me an exchange as a show of appreciation for a good customer? Anyway, I told him I will never buy from them again, and I'll never recommend them to anyone again. He said he didn't care. So, they lost a good customer who sent many people to them because of a $35.00 tank.
