a clean cigarette has been a life saver for me, for the past 6 years to be exact. I have COPD and this allows me still to smoke. As far as the people at the store, they have been extremely helpful and courteous and I cant recommend them more highly!! I smoke the traditional menthol 18s that is like Marlboro menthols and I find it still satisfying my urge to smoke the real cigarette. As a disable Vet I get my 10 percent discount there, and if I ever have a problem , they have exchanged it or swapped it with no questions or a wrinkle on their foreheads. As far I Am concerned ANYONE with complaints for the store in Ann Arbor has not had a bowel movements for at least a week in my opinion. Lets not judge people for their sense of humor, instead we should be more open minded. 6 years I have been going back to this store, I have seen people smiling and laughing with the staff all the time. :) Go for it!!!
