Purchased a cigarette roller there that we couldn't get to work. Took it back and explained that I would like a refund. They said that they couldn't. Gave me a phone number for me to contact for a return. The phone number was the wrong division of the corporation and the customer service rep was gracious and gave me the correct one. After having to make another call, I was told that the company would not do anything for me and to contact the store. I contacted the store and they said that they would not refund me and I should contact the company again. Not very customer service oriented. I will not do business with this chain again.
