The customer service here is really not their concern. I bought a generic version of a Juul pod, which I was told by the kid behind the counter would work just as well as the Juul, because they had only 2 flavors of Juul. When I got to the car and tried it, it didn't work at all. It would not even click and stay in. I carried it back in and they didn't want to refund my money. They told me they would trade it for a different kind. The one they recommended leaked and was disgusting. Then they told me since I had opened it, they could not give me a refund even though I tried it in the store. So I spent $18 on something I had to throw away. I really felt like they could not care less. I, nor any one I know, will spend money there again. Their prices are higher than Sheets anyway by $3-4. I just thought they would be able to actually give some advice to me about the products they sell. I was actually told that the juul compatible pods were all junk anyway, by the other kid working. Maybe their expertise is just in bongs and weed. That's kind of the feeling you get from these people. They took my $20 but it's going to cost them a lot more in the long run!!
