I've shopped here for 6 years. It's fitting that this is a vape shop because it's been like watching someone slowly deteriorating for all those years. The brand itself, at this point, is confusing. They not only sell all matter of vaping paraphernalia. but also... furniture? And small appliances? Half the store looks like a garage sale and the other half is a vape shop. It IS a detraction because it makes the place feel like it belongs in a run-down part of town. The worst of it all is the general attitude of the brand and its employees. COVID really brought out the worst of this company, and brought out the worst kind of people to apply there. Atlanta Vapor DOES NOT CARE about you, your health, or caring in general. When I first came to this location during the peak of COVID, I WAS MADE FUN OF FOR WEARING A MASK. Because the company, as far as I know, never adhered to any safety guidelines whatsoever. For a long time, that caused me to only order from them online. It simply wasn't safe to go in to the location. Once I started going back out to the physical store I was told from multiple employees about how they, or other employees, contracted COVID. Now they still don't care about masks, they don't go above and beyond to clean anything, they vape inside with patrons in the building (including children), and they still OPENLY MOCK people who've taken steps to be safe about COVID. This company, and the people standing behind the counter... they're utterly unprofessional. Sure, the whole franchise is based on destroying your health, but do they have to also condescend people who have the wherewithal to be safe and healthy? I have never been in the presence of such a rude, vitriolic, hate-filled conversation regarding "snowflakes" in my entire life, before stepping back into this location. And the worst of it all, is that the employees were the one's who engaged the conversation with their customers. They showed who they are at their very core. It was absolutely sickening to listen to. I could touch on selection, pricing, and so forth. I won't. It's sparse and over-priced unless you accrue an extremely high amount spent with them, with their loyalty program. I'm never returning to this location, or any other AV location. Who in their right mind wants to shop somewhere that completely ruins their mood having only been in the store for ten minutes? If you're a hateful, disgruntled, awful, angry person... this is THE premiere place for you to shop. You can not only fill your lungs with poison, but also air out all of your toxicity with the equally mean-spirited staff!
